Presidents Letter

Updated: Sep 18, 2018

It’s the start of the snowmobile season!

I am pleased to be the President for the Wilton Lyndeboro Winter Wanderers and to be able to continue working with all our members and neighboring clubs to provide the best trail system possible.

I would like to take a minute to welcome you all to our club. While you may find yourself only occasionally attending our meetings or following along with our social media, there are many opportunities to get even more involved in the club. Volunteering during work party days is a great way to become involved and help the club! We always appreciate any help offered.

While there may not be snow on the ground, the snowmobile season starts well before than. We start our trail work in September to prepare for riding. This year we have quite a lot of work to do. There are many trees down from the storms over the summer, fences to be put up, signs need to be hung, and more! Keep an eye out for our work party days! You can be updated by following our Facebook page, joining our Facebook group and subscribing to our email list! You can also fill out our volunteer form on our website to let us know what you can help with.

New Business:

This year we have a few changes to our board of directions. Charlene Krol has taken on the role of trail administrator and Brittney Courtenay has taken over as webmaster!

Upcoming events:

We have a few events coming up in the next few months!

•September 30th at 10am is our Garwin Falls Clean Up Day

•October 5th, 6th and 7th are the NHSA Grassdrags

•October 18th is our first club meeting at 7pm at the Wilton Fire station

We will have more work parties scheduled soon!

Check out our Clean Up Day in the Nashua Telegraph - http://bit.ly/2NVpb7M

Don’t forget to join the club early and we’ll see you soon!
